Rates vary person-to-person and country-to-country. Some people are happy to show it for free too. But on average, we've seen between USD 10 to USD 25.

All payments are offline. If you charge for your trips then once you meet the traveler, you both can decide on what payment method is convenient for both of you. As we do not ask you to pay us anything from your trips, you're free to receive it any method. Whether it's cash or some country-based app transaction, we really need not to know.

We limit the number of trip requests from one person to keep the community safe. To win more trip requests, you can simply invite your travel buddies to the community. Once the person you have invited uses your code and completes their profile, you win 5 FCC and the next person will win 2 FCC.

To get the verified localite label, you simply submit an account verification request from the app. Click on the More icon on the home screen and then go to settings. At the bottom of the settings page, you will see a button 'Verify Now'. Click on that and complete the form and submit the request. It takes around 1-3 weeks to process your request. You'll be notified by an email.

To get the premium localite label, you can subscribe to one of the localites subscription from the settings page of the community application. With this, you will get access to send unlimited trip requests.

Localites Search Algorithm is location or city-based. If you are searching for a country/state/province, you won't be able to find any localites. Search for a specific city to get in touch with the people. For example, if you're want to connect with people from Thailand, instead of searching for Thailand, search for Bangkok, Chang Mai, or Pattaya.
